2018-2019 Goals and Initiatives

Academic:
By May 2019, 34% of Native American students will be proficient on the AzMerit ELA assessment, school-wide which will be accomplished through professional development in close reading of complex texts, writing to text, and daily reading and writing.

By May 2019, 31% of Native American students will be proficient on the AzMerit Math assessment, school-wide which will be accomplished through professional development of mathematical practices, tutorial, and daily math skills.

By May of 2019, 31% of all students will be proficient on the Writing and Language section of the AzMerit assessment which will be accomplished through the utilization of the Write Tools, daily writing, and writing to complex texts.

School Culture:
Hulet Elementary is implementing Tier 1 PBIS school-wide with fidelity utilizing school-wide data referrals.
