Park Kindergarten celebrate a hundred days of school today! Each student rotated classrooms and participated in a variety of activities that showed what they’ve learned so far this year!
We still have 80 days to go, but look forward to the continued learning that will take place!
Remember, Park Elementary offers free breakfast to all. Must be in the cafeteria by 7:55 am to receive your breakfast before school starts!
Park families please join us for our second Academic Parent Teacher Team meeting on Thursday, January 19th to see the progress your child has made and learn new games to help your child with new skills. See the attached flier for more details.

Reminder of our Elementary Christmas concert this evening at the George Gardner Performing Arts Center. The auditorium will open at 5:30 pm. Students need to be dropped off at 5:40 pm, not sooner.

Greetings, Parents, and Guardians,
Indian Wells Elementary school was alerted to a possible concern in the areas/communities serving IWES regarding people in a white van that may be engaging in unwanted communications with people in these communities.
As a result, HUSD 3 will heighten supervision protocols throughout the district which will require ALL STUDENTS ARE PICKED UP AND SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT BUS DROP OFFS.
Please be on time to pick up students from the bus. Students that are not picked up will be brought back to the respective schools and will need to be picked up by their parents.
At this time there have been no specific incidents pertaining to this matter that we have been made aware of; however, we wish to be proactive in our communications and protocols to ensure the safety of our students and communities.

Our Christmas concert is less than 1 week away. The three tickets per family will be distributed to the oldest child in the family tomorrow, December 2, 2022. Please check backpacks.

We will provide the live stream link the night of the concert to view on Roadrunner Broadcasting and overflow seating will be available in the Munoz Lobby.

Do you ever wonder what our teachers do on Saturdays? Sometimes our teachers have an opportunity to participate in professional development. Today they were led by Mrs. Tow and Mr. Fosburgh analyzing a reading strategy called “close reading.”

Monday, October 31st Park School will hold its annual Halloween Costume Parade at 1:30. Families are invited to park their cars in the swimming pool parking lot and the Hunt Park parking lot (by the volleyball court and between the softball field and dog park) to enjoy the parade.
Students will come to school dressed in their Halloween costumes; however, NO masks, face paint or weapons allowed. Students will walk from the school around the softball field and back to the school again to show off their costumes. After the parade students will enjoy their class party! See attached flier!
