Dear Parents and Guardians, We would like to extend a warm welcome to our final IWES parent night! This is a great opportunity for you to bring your family and enjoy a fun-filled evening with information and food. The event aims to build a better future for our children and strengthen our community. Additionally, there will be information available for HHS students. The event will be held at IWES on April 25th from 4 pm to 7 pm. We are excited to see you and your family there!

Indian Wells Elementary School will not be in session in recognition of the solar eclipse that will occur that day. To recognize cultural sensitivity, staffing, and safety, Indian Wells Elementary School will not be in session and will make up the day on Thursday, May 16th, which was scheduled to be a day off for IWES students. The Indian Wells Elementary 5th and 6th grade girls basketball team finished runner up in the St John’s 7th grade tournament over the weekend. Congratulations! Go Roadrunners!

Congratulations to the IWE 5th and 6th grade girls basketball team for traveling to Saint John's over the weekend to participate in a tournament. Despite playing against all 7th-grade teams, our IWE Lady Roadrunners made it to the championship game and secured 2nd place in a head-to-head match against St. Johns. Great job, IWE! Keep up the good work.

Congratulations to all who participated in the 2023-2024 school year Spelling Bee! IWE had three winners: Tatum (champion), Kellyn (2nd place), and Orion (5th place).

Happy Holidays Roadrunners! HUSD will be on break Monday, December 25th through Friday, January 5th. School will resume on Monday, January 8th! Have a safe and restful holiday season!
