Love Our Schools Week & Walk to School Event! Holbrook Unified School District #3 is celebrating Love Our Schools Week from October 27th-31st! We are dedicated to our mission of Helping our Unique Students Develop and we want to show our appreciation for everyone who makes a difference in our schools. This week is a chance to come together as parents, students, alumni, businesses, and community members to celebrate our schools, students, parents, teachers, and staff. It takes all of us to Help Our Unique Students Develop! We invite you to find a way to show your love for our schools! Ways to Get Involved: Send a note of appreciation to a teacher or staff member. Volunteer to help with a school project. Attend a school event. Make a sign or banner for your school. Assist with Drug Free Week activities. Share your appreciation by emailing notes or pictures to roadrunnersuccess@holbrook.k12.az.us. Invitation to Walk With Me to be Drug Free! You're Invited to the HUSD #3 Walk to School Event! Join us for our annual Walk With Me to Be Drug Free Walk to School and celebrate Love Our Schools Week with the entire Holbrook community. When: Wednesday, October 29th, at 7:30 a.m. Where: The Old Courthouse in Holbrook What: We'll gather for a special rally to celebrate Drug Free Week and walk to school together as Roadrunners! Wear: Please wear red to show your support for Red Ribbon Week! Students will be served breakfast at the Old Courthouse and buses will drop students off at the courthouse unless other arrangements have been made with parents. We can't wait to see you there as we show our support for our students, schools, and a drug-free community! Thank you for being Roadrunners!

Greetings Roadrunners! A reminder that HHS will host this year's Homecoming Parade this Friday beginning at 8:30 am along Buffalo and Erie due to the weather delay last week! Come join HHS and show that Roadrunner spirit! Go Roadrunners!!

The HUSD #3 staff got the school year started today with a BE THE ONE... back to school celebration with keynote speaker Mr. Andrew Marotta!

Mr. Marotta was a phenomenal speaker that gave motivational, practical and applicable strategies for all HUSD #3 staff to "Be the One" for our Roadrunners this year.

New staff to HUSD #3 were recognized and veteran Roadrunner staff were recognized for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and even 35 (Jimmie Lano) consecutive years as a Roadrunner!

The HUSD #3 staff are ready to go on Monday, August 4th to "Be the Ones" to Help our Unique Students Develop at HUSD #3!

Join us for our Meet the Teacher event on Wednesday, July 30th, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at IWES. This is an excellent opportunity for you and your child to meet their new teacher, explore the classroom, and get important information to kick off the school year. We’re excited to welcome you, answer your questions, and start building a strong home-school connection for a successful year ahead.

IN- PERSON ENROLLMENT BEGINS WEDNESDAY, JULY 9th at 8:00 am at each school!

** Remember to have your proof of residency ready to upload (picture).

NEW STUDENTS

New students will need to bring:

* 3 forms of proof of residency (bills with address, photo ID, driver's license, etc.).

* Individual Education Plans (IEPs) from former school.

* Certificate of Indian Blood is required for Native American students to receive tribal benefits.

* Updated and current immunization records.

* Withdraw form from previous school, transcript, or last repot card

Appointments for registration may be made if requested. Please contact your child’s school.

Join us for our first Indian Education parent meeting of the 2025–2026 school year on Monday, July 7 at 5:00 PM at the HUSD #3 District Office (1000 N. 8th Ave, Holbrook, AZ). We’ll review the Indian Education Plan (including the budget), gather input on family events, parent engagement, and cultural activities, and introduce our monthly College & Career Readiness topic. Community Produce Available This Saturday! On Saturday, June 21, 2025 there will be a Community Produce Distribution event at Indian Wells Elementary School starting at 10:00am MST! Thank you to the following collaborating partners for providing a much needed and great service to the Navajo Nation and surrounding communities: La Planta, Nez Consulting LLC, Navajo County Supervisor Alberto L. Peshlakai and to our very own Indian Wells Elementary School - HUSD#3. If you are available please stop by the Indian Wells Elementary School on Sat., June 21, 2025 to receive a box.

Greetings Community Members, Businesses, and HUSD #3 Stakeholders- On April 23rd HUSD #3, in coordination with the City of Holbrook and the Chamber of Commerce, will be hosting our first Love Our Community Event at Holbrook High School. We are excited to bring together students, parents, staff, businesses and community partners to show our love for our communities and share the good things that our communities provide. We invite you to join us as a vendor, a business display, a presentation, or any other ideas you may have to enhance our Love Our Community event. We hope you will join us to celebrate our schools and communities! Who: All school and community stakeholders are invited.
