Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this letter finds you and your family well and enjoying the final days of summer. As we prepare to begin the 2025–2026 school year at Holbrook High School, I want to take a moment to welcome you back and share some important information to help you and your student start the year with confidence.
At Holbrook Unified School District #3, we believe in Helping Unique Students Develop. This guiding vision reminds us that each student who walks through our doors brings their own strengths, stories, and needs—and it is our mission to help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
First Day of School – Monday, August 4th
Freshman Orientation will take place in the morning, followed by regular class attendance in the afternoon.
Students in grades 10–12 can pick up a paper copy of their schedule in the library on the first day.
All students can already view their schedules now in Infinite Campus.
If your student would like to request a schedule change, they can contact our Academic Advisors. Schedule changes are permitted during the first 10 days of school; after that, schedules will be locked.
Student Handbook & Grade Level Assemblies
During the first week of school, students will attend grade-level assemblies where we will review key expectations from the Student Handbook. Please review the handbook with your child using the following link:
🔗 HHS Student Handbook 2025–2026
A signed handbook agreement form (parent and student) is required and must be returned. Students will also receive their school-issued binders and academic materials at the assembly. To support our schoolwide focus on organization, students are expected to bring these materials to school every day. If your student would like to bring their own binder, it should be at least 2 inches wide.
Attendance Expectations
All students are expected to attend school on Friday, August 8th, our first Friday of the school year.
Our ITM Friday (Intervention, Tutorial, and Mastery) schedule begins Friday, August 15th. On these days:
Students with a C or better in all classes may work remotely by completing the online assignment posted in Google Classroom.
Students with a D or F in any class must attend school in person for extra academic support.
We are excited to partner with you in making this a year of growth, learning, and positive memories for your student. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our front office at (928) 524-2815. Thank you for your continued support of Holbrook High School!
Warm regards,
Clete Hargrave
Principal, Holbrook High School
