Welcome to HHS and HJHS Deputy Sanchez! We are fortunate to be working together for the 2021-2022 School year.
Here is what Deputy Sanchez has to say:
"My name is Krystopher Sanchez. I am a Deputy with the Navajo County Sheriff's Office. As a teenager, I decided to dedicate my life to law enforcement so I could be a positive role model to the people in my community. My career with the Sheriff's Office began in July 2015 when I started working as a Detention Officer in the Navajo County Jail. In July 2017, I was sent to the Northeastern Arizona Law Enforcement Training Academy where I graduated and became a Deputy for Navajo County.
This year, I will be taking on the new role of School Resource Officer for Holbrook High School and Holbrook Junior High School. I am very excited for this position as I grew up in Holbrook and attended Holbrook schools. My goal as the new School Resource Officer is to bridge the gap between law enforcement and students. I will provide useful knowledge on law related subjects and teach the students how to be safe."
