Holbrook Unified School District offers a comprehensive range of insurance and benefit programs through a flexible cafeteria plan, enabling employees to choose the combination of benefits that best meets their individual and family needs. Employee contributions are deducted from gross wages before taxes, reducing taxable income and increasing take-home pay. Employees are generally eligible for benefits if they are a regular employee working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Some benefits are also available for employees that work 20 hours or more per week. This is a general overview of the available benefit options. Your benefits are effective the first day of the month following your official hire date.
