HJHS! How cool is this? Roadrunner 2.0...Next Level Fitness Opportunities! We have been planning and preparing for this...The HJHS outdoor fitness area is being installed. The students are excited to see the equipment going in and are looking forward to being able to increase their physical fitness capacity through outdoor workouts or simply through targeted stretches. Beginner or more advanced, it will not matter. All of our students will be able to make use of and benefit from our new equipment if they so choose. We can't wait to see the students enjoying this addition to HJHS!

Thank you to HJHS community members, along with AZ Healh Zone-UofA Cooperative Education Extension, WIHCC, HJHS families and students for "Loving Our School". HJHS celebrated "Love Our School" by kicking off "Be Kind to Your Mind & Body" with a school gardening educational session which included everyone starting their own garden plant. In addition, parents have been volunteering to help with lunchtime supervision sometime during the remainder of the school year and many students created notes/cards for someone that makes a difference in their school. HJHS looks forward to continuing to strengthen our Community and Family Engagement Partnerships throughout the school year.
