What a ride! HUSD Governing Board Vice-President and Founder of the Tour De SiiHasin bike event; as well as many HUSD students and parents, are participating in the 2022 Tour de SiiHasin Bike Ride this week which spans 400 miles through the Navajo Nation! Amazing people on an amazing ride! Way to go Roadrunners! Be safe and finish strong!

HUSD 3 administration, the Holbrook Police Department, Navajo County Sheriff's Office and the Holbrook Dormitory met to discuss school safety for SY 22-23. HUSD #3 and local law enforcement work together regularly throughout the school year to revisit school safety plans to keep our schools and community safe. Greetings HHS! We hope you are having a wonderful, safe, healthy and relaxing summer! We want to welcome our new Holbrook High School Principal, Mr. Clete Hargrave! Mr. Hargrave has most recently been the Principal at Chinle High School where he has helped the Chinle Wildcats grow and succeed as a high performing school. Mr. Hargrave brings 6 years of principalship experience to Holbrook High School; as well as, experience teaching math at the high school level, as an AVID elective teacher, instructional coach, soccer coach and assistant principal. Mr. Hargrave is excited to build upon Holbrook High School's successes. Mr. Hargrave is married with four children. We are excited to welcome Mr. Hargrave to HHS! SY 22-23 REGISTRATION School year 2022-2023 registration will begin the week of July 19-22. Returning students can register now online via the Infinite Campus portal. Please contact your child's school if you need assistance. New students may register beginning Tuesday, July 19th - Friday July 22nd. When One Roadrunner Succeeds, We All Succeed! Check this out! HHS Roadrunners are on the Cardinals team plane heading for Washington, DC! They are having a conversation with Governor Ducey on the way! How cool is that! Ten HHS students were selected to participate in the Civics Matters trip based on an essay they wrote about civics education this school year! Thank you AZ Cardinals and Governor Ducey for sponsoring the trip! Have a fun and educational time Roadrunners!

2021-2022 Yearbooks On Sale! Students, staff and community members may purchase a SY 21-22 HHS Yearbook at the Holbrook District Office from 8 am - 12 pm June 20th - July 8th. Please contact the District Office prior to coming to pick up a Yearbook to ensure we have staffing at the front desk (928-524-6144). Yearbooks are $40 per issue. Go Roadrunners!

Incredible Roadrunners! Ten Holbrook High School students will take the trip of a lifetime to Washington, D.C. sponsored by the Close Up Foundation, Governor Ducey and the Arizona Cardinals. The students were chosen after competing in the Civics Matter essay contest. The ten HHS students chosen will be transported via the Arizona Cardinals team plane for a 4 day, all expense paid, trip to Washington, D.C. with sponsor and HHS social studies teacher, Mr. Tobias Herndon. Way to go HHS students, thank you Mr. Herndon for your sponsoring and thank you to Governor Ducey and the Arizona Cardinals for supporting civics education! A reminder that there will be a short fireworks display after the 2022 HHS graduation between approximately 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm. We want our community to be aware of the fireworks display. Thank you to our Holbrook Volunteer Fire Department for assisting with the fireworks display! Congratulations graduates!

Greetings Roadrunners! Please see the parking map for the 2022 graduation ceremonies at Roadrunner Stadium beginning at 7 pm on Friday, May 27th. Seniors/Senior parents (1 car limit) have a designated parking area by Roadrunner Stadium. Handicap parking is available, but limited, by the field. General parking will be in the George Gardner parking lot and along side streets (please do not block driveways). There will be shuttle running to Roadrunner Stadium throughout the evening. Please see the route entrance for parking along Buffalo St, 9th Avenue and 10th Avenue. We will have traffic control operating beginning at 5:30 pm. We are looking forward to a great evening celebrating the 2022 graduates of Holbrook High School!

Roadrunner success was celebrated last night at our Annual Dean McNamee Academic Awards Banquet! 1 .4 million in scholarships were awarded Teachers of the Year: Chantelle Taylor, Benita Smith, Ramie Hatch, Adicia Paschal, & Gypsi Gover Teacher New to Teaching Teacher of the Year: Athena Lewis Retirees: Dr. Jeri McKinnon, Kerry Perkins, Luis Alvarez & Linda Best (100 plus years of experience combined) Valedictorian: Josh Pack Salutatorians: Talyssa Larson, Elizabeth Parker & Aiden Legg Way to go all Roadrunners! Greetings Roadrunners! We are nearing the conclusion of SY 21-22. What a great year it has been and we to thank each of you for helping us Help our Unique Students Develop! We have a motto around HUSD #3 at this time of the year and that motto is: "finish strong". It is our goal to have a safe, healthy and educational end to a great year. Please be patient with one another, stay alert for the safety of our students, stay focused on school, get a good night's rest each evening, eat well and finish strong! A fun day with the Cardinals at the Cardinals Hometown Camp! Thank you to the Arizona Cardinals, Coach Mo, Cardinal players, AZ Cardinal cheerleaders, & the HHS football team and coaches for a fun filled day of motivation, inspiration and football drills! The kids had a blast! Thanks for coming to Holbrook!

The Arizona Cardinals will be hosting a Hometown Kids Camp for 150 Holbrook Junior High students today. HJHS was selected by the Cardinals for the Hometown Grant! The community may come out to watch beginning at 1:00 pm at Roadrunner Stadium. Go Cardinals & Roadrunners!
