Holbrook USD #3 will be on a two hour delay on Thursday, February 24th due to icy road conditions in the area and icy conditions on campuses. School will begin at 10 am and buses will run two hours later than normal. Thank you for your patience this week!

HUSD #3 will conduct an early release at 1:45 pm beginning with Park and Hulet students, then HJHS and HHS students due to weather conditions. Students may begin being picked up whenever parents are able to make it to the school. Bus riders will begin pick up around 1:45 or earlier if possible. Be safe and thank you for your patience!

Roadrunners State Bound! HHS will host a Roadrunner Rally for players, coaches, students, staff, parents and the community at 9:30 am on Final Four Friday to send off our teams to the State Championship Final 4! The Roadrunner Rally will be located in the HHS quad at 9:30 am. Teams will leave at 10 am. School will run on a normal half-day schedule. Good afternoon Roadrunners! Congratulations to both Roadrunner basketball teams for advancing to the Elite 8. The Lady Roadrunners play Gilbert Christian at 5:30 pm on Monday. The boy's will play Camp Verde on Tuesday at 1 pm. All games will be played in Prescott. Tickets are on sale through GoFan (https://gofan.co/app/school/AIA) and tickets are good for all games on the day of the purchase and will probably sell quickly. In support of our Roadrunner success and to allow students and staff to attend Tuesday's game at 1 pm, HUSD #3 will utilize a make up day on Tuesday; therefore, there will be no school on Tuesday. Tuesday's school day will be made up on May 6th which is on the calendar as a make up day. Again, no school Monday due to President's Day and Tuesday for the make up day. Roadrunners basketball teams heading to state! The Holbrook girls and boys basketball teams have earned a first round bye in the 3A state tournament by qualifying as a top 8 seed in the 3A bracket. Both teams will be hosting second round games. The girls who are #7 will host either #10 Eastmark or #23 Northwest Christian on Friday night at 7 pm. The boys who are #6 will be hosting either #11 Eastmark, or #22 Sabino on Saturday evening at 7 pm. Tickets are only sold via GOFAN and AIA will make the link available as soon as the first round games are completed. Tuesday night for girls and Wednesday night for boys. Good Luck Roadrunner Wrestlers! The division four state wrestling meet will be held on Friday and Saturday, February 18th & 19th, in Phoenix at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Sierra Aho, Isiah Aguilera, Judah Pack, Jason Ramirez, Marcus Oberriter, Daniel Montijo, Chris Moore, Josh Pack, Isaac Martinez, and Malakai Johnson all finished in the top four in their individual weight classes at their respective sectional meets and will compete at state this weekend! Both girls will represent Arizona at the western region hoop shoot contest in Las Vegas on February 26th! Callie attends IWES and Payton attends HJHS! Reminder: Tomorrow Wednesday, Feb. 9th, will be the last day to pre-register for the COVID vaccination clinic. All students ages 5 and up and their family members; as well as, staff are eligible. The Pfizer vaccine will be offered. Registration forms are available in the offices at each school. The clinic date will be Wed. Feb. 16th at the HS auditorium.
