The Holbrook School District hosted our second CAFE (Community And Family Engagement) meeting with the Holbrook Mayor, County Supervisor Peshlakai, Holbrook Chamber representatives, Navajo County representatives, school leaders, parents, students and community-service organizations on Tuesday to discuss ways to continue to build community and family engagement at HUSD #3 and within our communities! Some great ideas were generated for "Love Our Communities" Day that will be coming up this spring. If you are interested in joining a school CAFE please contact a respective school for more information! Thank you to all CAFE members!

STAR NIGHT AND STRING GAMES will be hosted at Indian Wells Elementary on Saturday, January 13th and again on Saturday, January 20th from 3 pm to 7 pm. This event is open to the public and is sponsored by the National Recreation Foundation. Bring warm clothing for star gazing and food will be provided.
